Brighton has five eateries, a coffee bar and two picnic lunch areas.
The Alpine Rose cafeteria Our main eatery and it serves hearty breakfasts with daily specials, lunches and dinners. It’s located slopeside at the base of the mountain where non-skiers have easy access.
Molly Green’s A bar and grill complete with a moose head over the fireplace, magnificent views of the mountains and table service. It opens at 11 am with specialty plates, soups, dinners, and après ski fare. It’s located slopeside in the Brighton Manor at the base of the mountain where non-skiers also have easy access.
In accord with Utah law because it serves liquor, Molly Green’s must state that it is a private club for members only. Membership is $5 for twenty-one days or $13 for a full year.
Funky Red Bus snack bar Located at the top of Majestic lift so you can eat and run (oops .. ski or ride.)
Millicent Chalet Located at the base of the new Millicent High Speed Quad so skiers and riders can fuel up while riding on that side of the mountain.
Beehive Brews Coffee Bar Located in Brighton Center lodge so skiers and riders can enjoy a steaming brew while booting up.
Your Picnic Lunch Brighton is one of the few mountains that invites families to bring their own picnic lunches and sit down at tables and chairs in Brighton Center or in the Brighton Manor – right at the base of the mountain. But please no picnics in the Alpine Rose cafeteria.
The Brighton Store, located on Brighton Loop Road, serves home style meals daily.
